onebank provides technology services only and does not provide credit, lending, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility and authorised use
You must:

Be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation (if applicable)
Use the Services only for lawful purposes
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry obligations.
4. Scope of services
onebank provides:
AI-powered agents for intake, qualification, credit preparation, decision support, and servicing workflows
Workflow orchestration and automation tools
Integrations with third-party systems (where available)
The Services may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features without notice.
5. No financial or credit advice
The Services:
Do not constitute financial, credit, legal, or regulatory advice
Do not make lending decisions
Are provided for decision support only
All lending decisions, compliance assessments, and customer outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. AI and automated outputs
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review
AI agents are designed to assist, not replace, human judgement
You remain responsible for validating outputs before relying on them
onebank does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful data
Obtain all required consents from borrowers or end-users
Maintain appropriate human oversight
Ensure compliance with applicable laws (including privacy and consumer credit laws)
You must not:
Use the Services to violate laws or rights
Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Circumvent security or access controls
8. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where onebank processes data on your behalf:
You remain the data controller
onebank acts as a data processor under your instructions
9. Third-party services and integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. CRMs, LOS, open banking providers).
onebank:
Does not control third-party services
Is not responsible for their availability, security, or accuracy
Makes no warranties regarding third-party functionality
10. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Services, including software, models, workflows, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to onebank.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
11. Fees and payment (if applicable)
